Shipping & delivery policy

This shipping and delivery policy (“Shipping and Delivery Policy”) covers the shipment and delivery of any items you purchase from REALMAGABOX.NET. This Shipping and Delivery Policy is subject to the Terms of Use for the website REALMAGABOX.NET on which you made your purchase.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We ship out all orders placed on REALMAGABOX.NET, shipping method by UPS or USPS.

Shipping & Tracking: Processing time usually takes 1 business day but may take up to 3 days due to high volume of orders. Express shipping (Delivery within 3-7 working days, depends on the shipping address.)

Shipping Costs: We offer Free Shipping for all orders OVER $300

Time-frames for delivery: All orders will deliver within 3-7 working days. Please be aware, the date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery and the total quantity of items ordered. In addition, all orders are subject to product availability; your order may be delivered in separate shipments. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.

This Shipping and Delivery Policy is subject to change without notice. The version of this Shipping and Delivery Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your purchase. REALMAGABOX.NET recommends you print or otherwise retain a copy of this Shipping and Delivery Policy at the time of your purchase.

 

 

Warranty Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase you make, so our warranty policy and process should give you great peace of mind. All items we ship have successfully passed our strict quality control inspection. Our warranty ensures that you have a great experience while leaving you completely at ease. 

One Year Repair/Replace Warranty

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, the default product warranty period is one year starting from the date you receive the goods, during which you are eligible for free repair or replace. Any free repair needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer via customer service. Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the item accordingly, while we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired or replacement item back to the customer. 
If the buyer has damaged/misused the item(s), it will not be eligible for free repair or replace, however customers can return it at their own cost and pay a fee for the repair. Return shipping fees will be the customers responsibility in such cases.

What Defects Are Not Covered By The Manufacture’s Warranty?

Magabox warranty does not cover failures and damage not caused by the product’s defects. The description of damage not covered by the warranty include:
• Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, moisture or liquid penetration
• Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (fall, knocks, dents, crushing, etc.), or accidents
• Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.
• Users flash other manufacturer’s software (firmware) to Magabox.

How To Request Warranty (Repair/Replace)

If your item has an issue, please first submit below information to help us identify and verify the issue(s).
1. Send the order number or payment screenshot.
2. Tell us the MAC address and SN number. (or take a picture of the bottom of the device.)
3. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s).

NOTE: Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. We will always do our very best to help you. Thank you in advance for providing all the information stated above.

 

Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs for items returned for a refund within 7 days are paid for by the customer. This includes all international orders. The return will be shipped it back to our warehouse in ARIZONA US.

To start a return, you can contact us at INFO@REALMAGABOX.NET. If your return is accepted, YOU WILL SUPPLY shipping label, WE WILL SUPPLY instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at INFO@REALMAGABOX.NET

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.(You are not eligible for free returns or refunds after opening and using, and you need to bear the shipping costs yourself).
